TERMS OF SERVICES
GENERAL :
• Personal use only
• 50% deposit uptfront via paypal only (currency : euro).
• You may cancel your order anytime as long as I haven't started yet.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for proper reasons.
PROCESS AND PAYMENT:
• You will send your order to the following email : [email protected] with the subject : COMMISSION
• Please fill this google form that you will attach to your mail : https://forms.gle/cnyXG3zpM1ZNkHAm8
• I reserve the right to refuse any uncompleted fill forms so please, be careful when filling it !
• Please, do not send any payment before I confirm your order.
• 50% upfront will be sent via Paypal invoice ; you will pay the other 50% only after the commission is done.
• Only after your order is confirmed, I will send you a sketch within a few days.
• You will be allowed to ask for major changes during the sketch process for B&W and simple shading style only ; you will be allowed for minor changes (2) after the line and shading process completed. Afterwards, you may be charged for any additional changes.
NB : It doesn't applied to sketch commission.
• I will send you the commission completed via email.
• Size : 3000x3000px.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY :
• Total refund will be given only if I haven't started the commission yet. Afterwards, you will not be given any refund.
• Once the commission is completed, I will not issue any type of refund.
IMAGE RIGHTS :
• I reserve the right to publish my work on social medias with crediting the client, unless the client decides otherwise.
• Commissions are for personal use only : you are allowed to post it on your socials with credits.DISCLAIMER: I'm a student which means that I am not a full-time artist. I also have health issues that doesn't always allow me to draw whenever I have free time.For any question, feel free to ask !
